Camping with the Dixons and Williams
I know it is hard to believe, but house loving Aimee went camping with the family: for two whole nights! We actually had a lot of fun and minimal complaining, thanks to the Dixons and the Williams. I can really drive a campsite nuts with my complaining, but with those families, we had a blast!

Dallin's Baptism
It seems like every post has been about Dallin, but this has been a pretty eventful year for him. His baptism day was awesome, crazy, all the emotions you can pack into one day, but it was great. He was so excited to get baptized and to have all his family there. He and his dad were so close, I can't imagine that day could have gotten any better for him!

Food Storage Manna
My sister in law is in the same ward as this gal who started myfoodstoragedeals.com. My sis says she fell in love with her instantly, now she knows just why. She is a guru at food storage and has a great website. She also has a blog at myfoodstoragedeals.blogspot.com where you can see photos of her incredible food storage room! Please visit her homepage and check it out. I promise you will not be disappointed. Oh, and also, every recipe that I have tried of hers, my kids LOVE! Especailly the balsamic vinegar chicken. The cafe rio salad, southewestern egg rolls were both a close second in my house!

I Lost a tooth!
Oh yes, another milestone for Dallin. And at almost 8 years old, a much anticipated one of losing is first tooth. I find this whole process quite disturbing, so i'm very thankful Dave was home for this one. He was so proud of it...i'm sure his whole class today got a bloody look at the hole. Yuck.
My baby is growing up!
A few weeks ago my brother and Dave took Dallin up to The Cove in Herriman to take some baptisms photos. I wasn't there, and then later on I opened up the pics on the computer and just about cried...he looks so grown up. Then I thought I can't possibly have kids this old. Where are my babies? Where are the binkies and blankies? Oh, the blankies are still here, just the babies are all grown up!

Spring Break '08 St. George Utah
Oh, what do you do in the winter time, when all the world is white? You head to St. George to thaw! We had such a blast in St. George for Spring Break. We were able to hook up with some of our great friends from when we lived there...The Flagmeiers and The Diekmans. We swam, the boys golf, we hiked the narrows (Cameron and Dallin even squeezed through them) and ate a lot of ice cream. I was dreading the trip with the kids, but man, I have a whole new appreciation for technology. Between ipods, cell phones, and portable dvd players, we didn't hear a peep out of them until we got to Fillmore to eat! God bless modern advancement! We were also lucky enough to visit the St. George Temple and spend some time in the visitors center. The kids were so little when we lived in St. George that the temple to them was this massive structure, so it was fun to go back since they are older and have a greater knowledge of what they are for! It was hard to come back to the cold, but we had to get the kids back to school.

The Chester's Jesters
Okay, after many requests from friends and family, we decided to jump on the Bloggin' Boat. We love life here in Riverton. We have survived the first two quarters of Middle School with Cameron. The little ones love elementary school and especially our street which is filled with lots of kids.
